An ambassador of fitness as a lifestyle
I’m a fitness enthusiast and addict and have been training actively in the gym for more than 4 years now. I have experimented many diets and workout routines both for building muscle and weight/fat loss over the years and gained a lot of knowledge in fitness domain. Prior to weight training I have more than 10 years experience playing volleyball and have been involved deeply in sports from a young age.
Currently I live in Kigali where I run a Data Analytics Company [Hepta Analytics] and now a fitness entrepreneur. I enjoy food, traveling and engaging in adrenaline rush activities.
I believe in living a balanced lifestyle where I get to stay healthy and have fun.
In 2019, I started running where I did my first marathon in May with a time of 1:54 mins, since then I managed to improve my half marathon PB to 1:38:05 and 5Km PB to 19:38 in 2020. I also have eperince in high altitude mountain hiking. In August 2019, I summitted Mt kenya point Lenana, an altitude of 4,985 meters and also hiked Mt Karisimbi in Rwanda at an altitude of 4,507 meters.
